Fair Dinkum Fishing was established in 1995 by Glen Jepson and taken over by David Leigh in 2021 who was trained bye Glen. David grew up in Townsville and has spent much of his life fishing the estuaries, rivers and headlands within a 100 km radius of the city of Townsville.
The Punt
“The Punt” has been designed with the whole family in mind. Dad, Mum, the Kids, even the Grandparents. The Punt seats up to 9 comfortably and is available for either half or full day fishing charter- or enjoy a cruise trolling a lure or just taking in the sights!
Lil' Punt
“Lil Punt”, our other fishing vessel, is a 4.6 m Super Barra Punt in survey and carries 4 guests with ease. All seating is padded and is situated up the middle of the boat. For the fly fishermen, there is also an elevated front casting deck.
